   منذ العام 1982 تأسست المطلق التكنولوجية للتجارة العامة ، المؤسسة الرئيسية في المجموعة سنة 1982 لمواكبة موجة التغيير التي كانت تسري في اقتصاد دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ، وتشعب نشاط المؤسسة في عدة اتجاهات بينما كان اقتصاد الدولة يستجمع الزخم للإنطلاق بكامل قوته.
BR> وبدأت المؤسسة أعمالها في تزويد المعدات واللوازم لوزارة الداخلية والقوات المسلحة وأجهزة الشرطة والدفاع المدني من مصادر محلية بداية ، وأكسبت هذه التجربة المؤسسة ثقة عملائها مما شجعها للإنتقال إلى العالمية ، وأصبحت المؤسسة مع مرور الوقت الممثل لمجموعة من كبريات الشركات العالمية المصنعة لهذه المعدات واللوازم في الإمارات والمنطقة.
BR> ولا تقتصر هذه المعدات على العربات المجهزة للتخلص من المتفجرات وعربات الأمن الداخلي ومعداتها وعربات النقل وحاوياتها وسيارات الإسعاف العسكرية والمدنية وعربات الدفاع المدني ومعدات مكافحة الشغب والعربات المصفحة ومعدات ولوازم الحماية الشخصية.
BR> واستمراراً في سياستها بمواكبة القطاعات المزدهرة في الدولة ، فقد تفرعت أنشطة المجموعة لتشمل التطوير التجاري والأعمال الإستشارية ، تطوير المشاريع ، نقل التكنولوجيا والتطوير العقاري.
BR> ومع الإزدهار الإقتصادي ارتأت المؤسسة ضرورة التفرغ لتغطية المزيد من القطاعات ، وتم تأسيس المطلق لتنظيم المعارض (بروموتيم حالياً) والتي قامت بتنظيم وإدارة العديد من المعارض الناجحة في دولة الإمارات والمنطقة ، ومن ثم المطلق للمعدات الثقيلة ، واجتمعت هذه المؤسسات تحت راية مجموعة المطلق سنة 1996.

   Al Mutlaq Group flagship company, Al Mutlaq Technological Establishment for General Trading, was founded in 1982 to catch the waves of change that were going through the economy of the UAE. The profile of the company was getting more diversified as the country’s economy was gathering momentum. Al Mutlaq Technology General Trading Establishment started its activities as a supplier of highly specialized appliances and equipment for the Ministry of Interior, the Armed Forces, Police and Civil Defense. This was done through procurement from the local market.

This initial experience gained Al Mutlaq the trust of its clientele and it moved into the world to become the representative of giant multinational companies involved in the production of equipment and products specific to the aforementioned sectors.

These products and equipments are not limited to EOD Vehicles, Internal Security Vehicles, Military Shelters and Military Vehicles Shelters, Ambulances and Fire Brigade Vehicles, Anti-Riot Equipments, Armoured Vehicles, Personal Protection Equipments.

As the years passed, Al Mutlaq Technological Establishment was consistent in identifying the new needs of the UAE developing market and answering to them through branching out into different companies and departments ranging from business development and consultancy, projects development, technology transfer to real estate.

As the economy of the UAE boomed Al Mutlaq saw the need to branch out in order to cover more sectors and so it started Al Mutlaq management and exhibitionorganizers, now “PromoTeam”, this branch of Al Mutlaq Group managed to create and organize many successful exhibitions in the UAE and the region. Al Mutlaq also started a heavy industrial equipment company to service the real estate sector, which was growing at a very rapid pace.

These establishments gathered under the umbrella of Al Mutlaq Group in 1996.
